At Duluth & St. Cloud TMS, Leah is a positive force who champions freedom of choice and upholds a strong sense of responsibility. With a robust background in practice stewardship, integrity, and a commendable work ethic, Leah is focused on enhancing the experience for employees, providers, and patients alike. 

Leah’s favorite aspect of her work is supporting the concept of "rural by choice" and witnessing the growth of employees as they embrace new roles and navigate change with grace. Her enthusiasm for seeing both the clinic and its people flourish underscores her dedication to exceptional care and professional development.

Jenna brings her caring, passionate, and driven nature to her role as Behavioral Health Manager, where she plays a pivotal role in multiple aspects of clinic operations. At our St. Cloud location, Jenna serves as the primary point of contact for various treatments, manages all clinic billing, and works diligently with insurance companies to ensure that patients receive the care they need and that it is appropriately covered.

Her energetic and knowledgeable approach ensures that every patient has a fantastic experience. Jenna is committed to excellence and continuously seeks to enhance her contributions. She is a licensed CNA with TMS Certification, and her involvement is a key part of your experience at either of our locations.

Jenna’s favorite part of her job is witnessing the transformative impact of treatment on patients. She finds great joy in seeing individuals come to life and hearing their stories of change. Outside of the clinic, Jenna enjoys exploring Minnesota’s great outdoors and relaxing with her dogs while watching a good movie.

Lisa plays a crucial role in intake management, handles provider support, and manages various front office duties. With a strong commitment to patient satisfaction, and a background in nursing, Lisa greets everyone with a warm, welcoming attitude and a genuine desire to assist. Her approachable nature helps patients feel at ease and makes their interactions enjoyable.

Outside of work, Lisa treasures time spent with her children, enjoys going for walks, picking agates, and cooking. When asked about her favorite aspect of her job, she immediately mentioned, “meeting and interacting with the patients!” Lisa values the ongoing relationships she builds with patients, who she considers an extended part of the clinic family.

Ellie joined Duluth TMS with a deep curiosity about how the brain heals. As a BrainsWay-certified TMS technician, she works firsthand with patients as they transform throughout the TMS process. The enthusiasm and compassion she brings to her work continue to grow as more of the community are healed with our services. Inspired by her experience, Ellie is now planning to pursue further education in mental health and neuroscience. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with her daughter, and connecting with friends.

Lesli serves as the dedicated receptionist and treatment specialist at Duluth TMS, bringing decades of experience from her work with major hospitals and State Healthcare. Her extensive background enhances her role in our “small but mighty” mental health clinic, where she offers a calm, approachable presence in a fast-paced environment.

With a deep passion for helping others, Lesli ensures that every patient’s experience at Duluth TMS is marked by integrity and respect. Her commitment to supporting our patients and maintaining high standards is evident in all she does.

Outside of work, Lesli finds joy in gardening and exploring Duluth’s beautiful coastline. She values the dynamic nature of her role at Duluth TMS, where the ever-changing workflow keeps her engaged and fulfilled.

Katrina joined the St. Cloud TMS team to assist with treatments and administrative support. She is passionate about innovative, evidence-based approaches in behavioral health and enjoys continually expanding her knowledge of mental health care. Having worked in other areas of healthcare, Katrina finds her role here especially meaningful as she helps patients through some of their lowest moments and watches them rediscover hope and stability. Katrina spends her free time exploring new places with her dog, watching sports, spending time with friends, and making memories with family.
