Emma came to Duluth TMS with a passion for helping those in need. She is the primary contact for TMS in Duluth and works to get as many people approved for care as possible. When you inquire about TMS, she’ll connect with you to collect all the data necessary for authorization approval before scheduling you with a provider. She is kind, considerate, and understanding of all backgrounds.
Emma has volunteered with many shelters and outreach programs. She loves being able to connect with people and make a positive impact on the lives of others in this community. Working within mental health has given her the opportunity to learn more about our community and how to best help others. In addition to being TMS Certified, she’s currently getting a bachelor’s degree in criminology and biology.
The thing she enjoys most about being a teammate at our clinic is the patient experience. “I love the close-knit feeling I get from working with patients every day. I get to connect with them, learn from them, and see their growth throughout the journey.”
