Ingrid Wuollet

Ingrid works directly with both clinic teams to coordinate services and care. She has extensive experience working to create a positive experience for patients, and has promoted independence, efficiency, and humanity with all the team members of the clinics. Ingrid also diligently works to get prior authorizations approved for ongoing care.

With over 20 years of experience working in the medical and administrative field, she is passionate about coverage, help, and continuing support. In addition to her TMS Certification, Ingrid has a Medical Secretary Certificate and has completed courses in Business Administration. She has a passion for helping people, particularly making a difference in the lives of others.

When asked what she loves about working at St. Cloud TMS she replied, "I am very passionate about mental health because I know how real it is and how much it affects people of all backgrounds. To me, helping and giving to others is what fills my cup. Witnessing patient progress, employee satisfaction, and provider growth is why I work as hard as I do.” ;
